Welcome to the Mid-Atlantic Region!

Our region has everything from bustling cities to charming hamlets, from snowy mountain ranges to sprawling beaches. We are home to the capital of the United States and are the obvious capital of YJA Nation.

Our members hail from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. We are incredibly fortunate to have the support of some of the most active Sanghs in the country and are proud to have the largest community of young Jains in North America.

We love hosting interfaith discussions (most recently, underneath a Jain mandap in the Metropolitan Museum of Art!), community service events, and partnering with the colleges and universities in our region. Mid Atlantic is proud to organize the first and most long-standing annual retreat and the first ever YJA Gala.
